Bet99 is making a couple of moves to enhance its sports betting app for its Canadian users.

On Thursday, Simplebet announced its microbetting platform would provide Bet99 customers with additional in-game Ontario sports betting markets. The sports involved include Major League Baseball, the National Basketball Association, the National Football League plus NCAA basketball and football.

The multi-year agreement means the sportsbook, owned by Sports Venture Holdings, can offer in-game betting opportunities in real-time through Simplebet’s automated platform.

“We’re thrilled to engage with Simplebet to bring a new level of engagement to our customers,” Bet99 CEO Jared Beber said. “This collaboration will enhance our offerings and provide our users with a more dynamic and interactive sports betting experience.”

It’s the latest deal for Simplebet, which in recent months has added Hard Rock Bet and ClutchBet to its list of clients. It also provides Ontario sportsbook apps microbetting markets for Bet365, Caesars Sportsbook and DraftKings.

“At Simplebet, we’re dedicated to transforming the sports betting landscape through innovative technology,” Simplebet CEO Chris Bevilacqua said in a statement. “Partnering with Bet99 aligns perfectly with our mission, and we look forward to delivering unique micromarket experiences that will captivate Canadian sports enthusiasts.”

More Changes For Bet99

Bet99 arrived in Canada three years ago. It’s registered to operate in Ontario through the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, but it also operates sites in other Canadian provinces and territories. The nation’s most populous province launched legal, fully regulated casino apps Ontario in April 2022. Bet99 offers Bet99.com and Bet99.net, the latter being a free-to-play game.

According to the Simplebet release, Bet99 is relaunching its online sportsbook as it will partner with platform provider Amelco.

That news comes one month after Amelco received a supplier license from AGCO and four months after Amelco and Simplebet announced a partnership to offer in-game markets to sportsbooks powered by Amelco’s platform.
