High Roller Technologies is moving closer to entering Ontario’s regulated online gambling market with a new partnership focused on player protection and responsible gaming. The Las Vegas-based company has signed a non-binding Letter of Intent with Kindbridge Behavioral Health as part of its Ontario online casino launch plans, pending regulatory approval.
High Roller has applied for an iGaming license with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) and aims to launch in the first half of 2026. The company operates the online casino brands High Roller and Fruta and is targeting Ontario, one of the world’s largest regulated iGaming markets.
Partnership Designed to Support Ontario Players
The partnership with Kindbridge will provide confidential support for Ontario online casino players experiencing gambling-related issues. High Roller plans to offer structured pathways for self-excluded users and those needing additional guidance.
The program starts with educational resources and a guided triage process, then allows eligible players to access peer support and, when appropriate, connect with licensed Canadian clinicians. The stepped-care model lets players seek help at their own pace based on individual needs.
Kindbridge Adds Responsible Gaming Infrastructure
Kindbridge Behavioral Health works with gaming operators across North America to deliver early-intervention programs. Its services are designed to integrate directly into responsible gaming systems, including self-exclusion tools and player protection workflows.
The company specializes in telehealth-based treatment for gambling-related harm and digital dependency conditions, offering evidence-based care through licensed providers.
Agreement Still Subject to Approval
The Letter of Intent outlines the framework for cooperation between High Roller and Kindbridge, but is not a finalized contract. Any formal partnership will depend on regulatory approval and the completion of definitive agreements.
If finalized, the partnership would become part of High Roller’s responsible gambling offering when the platform officially launches in Ontario.
High Roller Expansion Focus
As part of High Roller’s Canadian growth strategy, the company also intends to pursue a license in Alberta. Subject to licensing and regulatory approval, High Roller looks to launch in Alberta in 2026.
The company is also planning to enter the sports betting market. In January, High Roller signed a non-binding Letter of Intent with Altenar Software Limited to move toward a Software Services & Support Agreement.
Under the proposed arrangement, Altenar would supply a fully managed sportsbook platform for High Roller, including betting software, platform integration, hosting services, risk management tools, and ongoing operational support.
